1. Two Films by D. Goguadze. 1. Talking Paths. (Duration 26 min). Winner of "Niamori" film festival 2005. Spectacular journey to the sacral world of castle-villages and legends. On the outer slopes of main Caucasian ridge, deep, narrow gorges accommodate Pirikita Khevsureti - from ancient times, it was a place of warrior clans settlements, which had a special lifestyle. These castle-villages are distinguished by unique architecture from the rest of the regions of Georgia. Local population still maintains traditions of ancestors and their archaic lifestyle.  2. Ashto Festival in Dano. (Duration 26 min).  Winner of the eco-ethno-folk VIII international film festival. Bucharest 2006, winner of II International Religious Film Festival. Batumi (Georgia) 2007. Beyond the central ridge of the Caucasus, there is one of the picturesque regions of Georgia - Tusheti. Population of Tusheti - Tushs have been known from times immemorial as real friends and shepherds. From the 18th century, Tushes are leading a nomadic life in Kakheti. In summer, they return back to their former villages. Tushs come to Tusheti mountains to attend their ancient festivals. The film tells us about a national festival dedicated to Ashto icon, held in the village Dano. People from Dano try to hold secret old traditions.  2008. PAL 4:3. Stereo.
